Contact Free Pakistani Chat
Have a question about the website, live room, safety information, or one of our guides? Email us and describe the issue as clearly as you can. Free Pakistani Chat is completely free for guests and registered users, so you should never need to contact us to unlock paid access. There is no payment required to join or continue chatting after registration.
The best general contact address is support@freepakistanichat.com. We aim to review genuine messages as soon as practical, but response times can vary. Sending the same request repeatedly may slow down the process.
Before you email
A quick answer may already be available. Read is chat free for pricing and access details, or visit the registration FAQ if you are deciding between guest entry and a free account. The guest chat page explains fast entry, while the free chat page gives a broader overview.
For general advice about protecting your identity, avoiding scams, and responding to uncomfortable behaviour, start with our online chat safety guide. Questions about acceptable behaviour may be answered in the community guidelines. Our blog also covers practical topics such as nicknames, boundaries, mobile chat, and making friends online.
What to include in a support message
Use a specific subject line and explain what you were trying to do, what happened, and which page you were using. For example, tell us whether you were on the homepage, Karachi chat page, Lahore chat page, or another city page. Include the type of device and browser if the problem appears technical. A screenshot can be useful, but remove names, email addresses, private messages, or other personal information that is not necessary for us to understand the issue.
Never email us your password, one-time code, full bank details, identity document, or another person's private information. We do not need those details to answer a normal support request. If anyone claims you must pay them to activate guest access or registered chat, do not send money. Tell us what happened without forwarding sensitive financial data.
Safety and conduct concerns
If you are writing about harassment, impersonation, spam, threats, or a suspected scam, include only the information needed to identify the incident. Note the approximate date and time, the nickname involved, and a short factual description. Preserve relevant evidence on your own device when it is safe to do so. Do not provoke the person or continue a harmful conversation just to collect more material.
Email is not an emergency service. If you or someone else faces an immediate threat, contact the appropriate local emergency service or law enforcement authority. If a conversation simply feels uncomfortable, leave the room, block the person where tools permit, and speak with someone you trust. Your safety matters more than finishing a discussion.
Privacy, content, and partnership enquiries
For questions about how site information is handled, read our Privacy Policy first, then email us if your question remains. If you are suggesting a correction to an article or city page, provide the URL and explain the proposed change. We welcome useful, good-faith feedback, but cannot promise to publish every submission or partnership proposal.
By contacting us, you confirm that the information you send is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. Keep your message focused and respectful. We are most able to help when we receive a clear description without unnecessary personal data.
