Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 July 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Free Pakistani Chat handles information when you browse the website, enter the live room, use guest access, register an account, or contact us. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Community Guidelines.

Chat is completely free for guests and registered users. No payment is required for either form of access. We do not need payment card information to let you join or continue chatting. If another user asks you to pay for access, treat that request as suspicious and review our safety advice.

Information that may be processed

The information involved depends on how you use the service. Basic technical data may include your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages visited, timestamps, and diagnostic events. Servers commonly process this information to deliver pages, keep the service functioning, detect misuse, and understand general performance.

If you enter as a guest, the chat service may process the nickname you choose, messages or other content you submit, room activity, and technical identifiers associated with your session. If you register, account information may also be processed, such as your chosen username, email address if requested, authentication records, profile details you elect to add, and account preferences. The guest versus registered FAQ explains the access choices in plain language.

When you email us, we receive your email address, message, attachments, and any other information you voluntarily provide. Please send only what is necessary. Do not include passwords, one-time codes, full financial details, identity documents, or unrelated private conversations in a support request.

How information may be used

Information may be used to provide and maintain the website and chat, establish guest sessions or accounts, respond to enquiries, secure the service, investigate suspected abuse, enforce our rules, troubleshoot errors, prevent spam or fraud, and improve content and usability. Aggregated or de-identified information may be used to understand broad usage patterns without aiming to identify a particular visitor.

We do not promise that public or shared-room messages are private. Other participants can read content posted in a room and may copy, screenshot, or repeat it outside the service. Share less, not more. Read our guide to staying private in chat before posting personal details.

Cookies and local technologies

The website or embedded chat service may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to maintain a session, remember settings, support account login, protect against abuse, and measure technical performance. Browser controls may let you remove or block these technologies. Some essential features may not work correctly if required storage is disabled.

Service providers and legal disclosures

The live room is delivered through an embedded chat service, so information required to run the room may be processed by the infrastructure and service providers involved in delivering it. Other providers may support hosting, security, analytics, or communications. They may process information only in connection with those functions and subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

Information may also be preserved or disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or a valid legal request, protect the rights and safety of users or others, investigate fraud or security incidents, or enforce site rules. We do not sell access to the chat, and free account registration does not require a payment.

Retention and security

Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including service operation, security, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Retention periods can differ by record type and by the systems used to provide the chat. No online system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, altered, lost, or disclosed improperly.

You can reduce risk by using a unique password for any registered account, keeping login details private, signing out on shared devices, and avoiding identifiable information in your nickname. See the guide to privacy-friendly nicknames for practical ideas.

Children and younger users

Users must meet the age requirements stated in our Terms and any requirements that apply where they live. The service is not intended for children who cannot lawfully consent to its use. Parents and guardians should discuss online privacy, stranger contact, and safe sharing with younger users. Our age requirement FAQ provides a starting point.

Your choices and questions

You can choose guest access instead of registration, limit what you add to a profile, avoid posting personal information, and stop using the service. Depending on applicable law and the information held, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection. These rights can have legal exceptions, including records needed for security or compliance.

To ask a privacy question or make a request, use our contact page. We may need enough information to understand and verify a request, but we will not ask for your account password. This policy may be updated as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The date above will show the latest revision.
