Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 27 July 2026. These Terms and Conditions govern access to Free Pakistani Chat, including the website, live room, guest sessions, registered accounts, city pages, and related content. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Free access and account choices

Chat is completely free for guests and registered users. No payment is required to enter, post messages, or continue chatting after registration. Guest access and account creation are both free options. Read the free chat FAQ or guest versus registered guide for a plain-language explanation.

Registration is optional unless a particular feature clearly requires an account. If you create one, you must provide accurate information where requested, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity carried out through your account. Do not share passwords or one-time codes. Notify us through the contact page if you believe an account has been compromised.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the live chat. You must also have the legal capacity to accept these Terms and must comply with any additional age or access rules that apply where you live. Do not misrepresent your age or help another person bypass an age restriction. More context is available in our age requirement FAQ.

Acceptable use

Use the service for lawful, respectful conversation. You may not harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, or impersonate another person. Hate speech, sexual coercion, grooming, non-consensual intimate material, fraud, phishing, spam, malware, and instructions that facilitate serious wrongdoing are prohibited. Do not collect personal information about others, evade safety controls, interfere with service operation, or attempt unauthorised access to accounts or systems.

Different opinions are allowed, but abuse is not. Respect a participant who declines a question, ends a private exchange, or asks you to stop. Do not flood rooms with repeated messages, promotions, or links. Our full conduct rules explain these expectations with practical examples.

Your content

You remain responsible for messages, profile information, links, and other material you submit. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to post that content and that it does not violate law, privacy, intellectual property, or these Terms. Do not post confidential information belonging to you or someone else.

By submitting content through the service, you grant the operators and relevant service providers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, transmit, display, reproduce, and process that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service or comply with law. This licence ends when the content is deleted from active systems, subject to reasonable backups, security records, legal obligations, and content copied by other users.

Moderation and enforcement

We may review reported or detected activity and may remove content, limit features, suspend sessions, block access, or close accounts when we reasonably believe these Terms, community rules, or applicable law have been violated. Enforcement may occur without advance notice when needed to protect users, systems, or evidence. We are not required to monitor every message and cannot guarantee that all objectionable conduct will be identified immediately.

If something makes you uncomfortable, leave the interaction and use available reporting or blocking tools. Review online chat safety and how to report abuse. The service is not an emergency response channel.

Third-party services and links

The live room may be delivered using embedded or third-party technology. The website and users may also provide links to external services. We do not control every external site, person, offer, or privacy practice. Following a link or moving a conversation to another platform is your choice and risk. Check the destination carefully, especially before downloading a file or sharing information.

Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and complete accuracy. We do not verify every user identity or statement. Content on the blog and elsewhere is general information, not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

Features may change, pause, or end. Maintenance, security events, provider failures, or factors outside reasonable control can interrupt access. Free availability does not create a guarantee that every feature will remain available forever or without modification.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Free Pakistani Chat and those involved in operating it will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service, user conduct, lost data, external links, or inability to access the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may revise these Terms to reflect service, safety, legal, or operational changes. The updated date will appear above. Continuing to use the service after revised Terms take effect means you accept them. If a change is not acceptable, stop using the service. Questions about these Terms can be sent through our contact information.
